SHILLONG: The Shillong Premier League juggernaut that is Rangdajied United FC continued on its way on Wednesday, defeating Langsning FC by a convincing 4-1 margin at the JN Sports Complex, Polo.
Making it six wins from six games, Rangdajied have reinforced their position at the top of the standings, leading with 18 points.

This was Langsning’s first defeat of the SPL this year and they remain in fourth place with nine points.
For whatever reason, Langsning’s season has failed to really get going; they have drawn three of their six matches, two of which were goalless.
Thursday’s match will see a battle between two teams vying for second place when defending champions Royal Wahingdoh FC take on Nangkiew Irat.
Both teams have 10 points (three wins, one draw, one loss) from their five matches each.
