SHILLONG: Meghalaya Governor, Dr K K Paul, expressed his profound grief at the demise of Vikas Nandwal, son of J S Nandwal, at New Delhi. The Governor has already spoken to the father, Nandwal, who is presently in Hisar, Haryana over phone and conveyed his deepest condolences to him and his family.
