A’chik youth meet in New Delhi

NEW DELHI: the Delhi A’chik Youth Association (DAYA) organized a counseling for freshers-cum-cultural fusion programme on at the Meghalaya House here on Saturday.

Various cultural programmes which showcased the tradition of the Garo people were held during the event. Addressing the gathering which included Deputy National Editor of NDTV 24×7, Sandeep Phukan, the president of DAYA said that the organization stood not only for the cause of Garos but also of other people from Meghalaya and the North East. He also stated that DAYA aimed at promoting Garo culture and tradition in Delhi.
