Meghalaya Governor Dr KK Paul hands over the Rashtrapati award to members of Bharat Scouts of St. Anthony’s Higher Secondary School and Assam Rifles Public School during the Foundation Day and BSG Flag Day including Rajya Purashkar Rally 2013 held here at Raj Bhavan on Thursday. Delivering the presidential address, Governor Dr KK Paul, who was also inducted as the Patron of the Bharat Scouts and Guides, Meghalaya congratulated the awardees and stated that they have brought pride not only to the family but to the State as well.
