SHILLONG: The 14 pro-ILP pressure groups have decided to defer the timing of the night road blockade from 8 pm to 9 pm on November 20 and 21 in view of the ongoing examination in the schools and colleges. “We have taken this decision in view of the ongoing examination especially in night schools,” KSU vice-president Frederick Kharmawphlang said in a statement issued here on Tuesday.
