SHILLONG: In the first match of the Shillong Cricket Association’s Jubilee Cup T20 Cricket Tournament, Riatsamthiah SC beat Aurobindo CC by six wickets on Monday.
Riatsamthiah won the toss and put their opponents in to bat first.
Their disciplined bowling and fielding saw Aurobindo bowled out for just 77 in 20 overs with Aiborlang Wahlang taking three wickets.
In reply, Riatsamthiah made 78/4 in 15 overs, with Shanbok Wankhar scoring 33 runs.
Tuesday will see Royal CC face TNT Sputnik CC, while All Jaintia CA play Malki SC.
