SHILLONG: On November 24, National Cadet Corps (NCC) Day was celebrated throughout the Country by the NCC fraternity. Accordingly numerous functions were held throughout the North East from November 24-30.
The year has seen 71129 children including 21065 girl enrolled as NCC Cadets in 288 Colleges and 731 Schools under 45 NCC units/8 Gp HQs spread across the seven States.
