SHILLONG: The magisterial inquiry report of additional district magistrate DM Wahlang who investigated the circumcision of several boys in NEIGRIHMS was forwarded to the State Government for necessary action by the East Khasi Hills DC r Sanjay Goyal. The report indicated the role of Meherbaan Orphanage of Laban for taking the boys to NEIGRIHMS for operation.
