Haystack set on fire

SHILLONG: Unknown miscreants set fire to a haystack at Umkaliar Bihari Colony on Friday evening.
The haystack belonged to one Rajendra Rai and the damage in the incident is about Rs 7000.
East Khasi Hills SP M Kharkrang said the incident seems to be another case of pro-ILP related violence and police is investigating into the matter.
