Theft

On December 17 around 12:30 pm, unknown miscreants stole one Tata Indica (ML-10-7454) belonging to Nathuni Singh from Paltan Bazar, Shillong.

Unidentified person

On December 17, one unidentified person was found lying at Barik Point. He was shifted to CH Shillong.

Death

Dilip Muro of M/s Dalmia Barak Cement Ltd., Thangskai lodged an FIR (Dec 16) at Khliehriat PS that one employee, Biju K Ray sustained injuries while working in the company. Later, he succumbed to his injuries on the way to hospital. Investigation is in progress.

Threat

Blosswel Lyngkhoi, Myntri of Ngunraw village lodged a complaint at Mawkyrwat PS that on December 7, one person identified himself as Hynniewtrep sent him a letter in which he threatened the complainant and two Executive Members of the village viz., Stre Nongmar and Stet Iawphniaw to resign from their respective posts on or before December 20 or face dire consequences.
