Nongthymmai beat Royal CC in Super Div

SHILLONG: Nongthymmai SCC defeated Royal CC by 12 runs in a league match of the Super Division Cricket League at the  Cricket Ground, Polo, on Saturday.
Royal won the toss and elected to field.
Nongthymmai scored 153 runs in 40 overs.
Wallam Lyngwa made 36 runs with four fours, while Sunny Chettri claimed figures of 2-31.
In reply, Royal were bowled out for 141 in 32.2 overs.
Rajesh Tatti scored 53 runs with six fours, while Ranjit Ram produced an excellent spell of bowling,  taking 3-13 in 4.2 overs.
The next match will be between First Division sides Megha SC and Venom Speed CC at 9:00am.
