No foul play

SHILLONG: The city Police has ruled out any foul play in the incident in which a woman  was  tied behind a truck and allegedly dragged on the road at Madanryting on Friday night East Khasi Hills SP said that a rope fell from the truck and lady got entangled when she was crossing the road. The driver and helper of the  truck (ASO01 DC 1695) were interrogated by police on Friday. The victim is still recovering in the hospital.
