SHILLONG:  The State government has appointed the state NCP general secretary Constantine N Thma as the Co-Chairman of Meghalaya State Development Reforms Commission. In the appointment made by the Meghalaya Governor last month, Thma has been accorded the status of category B with perks and facilities. NCP is extending support to Congress-led Mukul government.
