S Soanes, W/o Late Ibilson Nongrum, a resident of Lawsohtun Block 3 and Retired Deputy Secretary, Govt. of Meghalaya passed away on January 29 and the funeral will be held on January 31 at 2pm at the Lawsohtun Presbyterian Church Cemetery.
