Panaji: Goan I-League clubs have chosen to play their first three matches of the I-League second leg at Tilak Maidan in Vasco rather than Nehru Stadium in Fatorda as they feel that the turf at the refurbished stadium is not up to the mark.

The turf in Fatorda is supposedly not in good shape.

The I-League resumes in Goa on February 11 with Churchill Brothers taking on Rangdajied United FC. The other two matches at Vasco will be Dempo vs Rangdajied on February 15 and Salgaocar vs Mohun Bagan the next day. (PTI)
