SHILLONG: The Department of Posts, North East Circle in association with Shillong GPO is organizing a state level Philatelic Exhibition – MEGHAPEX 2014 from February 19-21 in Anton Hall, Laitumkhrah. Apart from the display of the rare collection of stamps by the philatelists, the exhibition also proposes to display stamps collected by children.
Governor of Meghalaya, Dr. K K Paul will inaugurate the exhibition at 10.30 am on February 19 2014 at the venue.
