State film makers thank govt

SHILLONG: The Meghalaya Film Maker’s Association has expresses its sincere appreciation to the State Government for organising a film festival particularly for giving the opportunity to hundreds of Directors, Producers and Artists from all over the State to participate in the workshop on film making, acting and directing and also for providing a platform to interact with the directors and stars from Bollywood, Chennai and Assam.
The Association also thanked the Chief Minister who had promise to help the local film makers by providing grants and to look into all the problem face by local film maker by having a comprehensive policy to boost the film industry in the state.
