A number of Congress legislators, including Chief Minister Dr Mukul Sangma, will be engaged in campaign on Tuesday at Resubelpara where Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi will address a rally for party candidate Daryl Momin. But on Wednesday, the concluding day of the assembly session, the Budget would be presentedand a vote-on-account would have to be passed for the coming three months.
Opposition NPP legislator James Sangma has not been attending the session from   the day one as he is busy attending to party mattes in Delhi. Several important questions, motions and resolutions moved by him lapsed in his absence. The assembly session which began on March 7 and was scheduled to continue till March 26 was truncated to March 19 due to the polls, but members are still busy with election related matters.
