SHILLONG: Police on Wednesday arrested four persons including a 17-year-old boy for assaulting a damaged note hawker at Motphran on Tuesday.
The arrested persons have been identified as Lamshaprang L Nongram (20), Toshanskhem Kharbuli (20) and Khrawkupar Blah (20) and a minor boy who are residents of Jaiaw Laitdom. The hawker Rafiqul Islam (25) is undergoing treatment in Civil Hospital.
