SHILLONG: Students of the Shillong Law College on Friday handed over a person to police for allegedly collecting donation by pretending as physically disabled.

According to the students, the person who identified himself as Babhu claimed to be from an orphanage charity high school from Kerela. The person had entered one of the classrooms of the college and sought donation.

While initially several students willingly donated some amount, doubts cropped up after the concerned person could not prove his identity.
