SHILLONG: Acting on inputs, Police arrested one drug-peddler identified as Pynshailang Thabah from Upper Lumparing, Shillong on Tuesday.
On his lead, Police arrested another drug-peddler Joel Nongrum from Cantonment Area, Shillong and seized the one tin container containing Heroin, one empty small container of Chinese balm, six syringes and cash Rs. 1,590 from his possession
