SHILLONG: One Shikha Das along with 24 others on Saturday last lodged a complaint at Shillong Sadar PS that two agents of an insurance company Cosmic Negotiators Ltd., Subeata Kumar Das and A.K Mitra, collected insurance premium amounting to Rs. 10,31,428 from them and failed to pay the maturity amount.
