HNYF member released on bail

JOWAI: The finance secretary of Hynniewtrep National Youth Front (HNYF), West Jaintia Hills District Unit was released on bail on Thursday after he was booked under the MPDA (Meghalaya Prevention Detention Act).

Everson Syngkon of Mookyndur village was arrested for allegedly setting ablaze an office of the sericulture department at Ummulong during the ILP issue.
