SHILLONG: GNLA has questioned the West Garo Hills Deputy Commissioner Pravin Bakshi for denial of post-mortem report to the families of Balsan Marak, who died in judicial custody. The Deputy Commissioner had said that he needed an order from the higher ups to release the post mortem report.
