New office bearers elected

NONGPOH: In a bid to provide better services to the people, especially those who are physically- and mentally- able the Lyntijam Welfare & Development Association on Wednesday appointed new office bearers in its executive meeting.

The newly elected office bearers include president Sumarlang Swer, vice presidents Albert Lyngkhoi and D. Kharkongor, general secretary Constantine Lyngdoh, asst. secretary K. Syiem, while Gethsamanda Kharkongor will be holding the post of secretary in-charge of the Association for the construction of the school building of the LJWDA special school.
