SHILLONG: A person was allegedly murdered in Araimile in West Garo Hills on Thursday.
Police said that on May 29, unidentified persons hired one auto-rickshaw (ML-08C-7439) driven by Som Bahadur Sunar for Phelgawari (Bolonggre) under Araimile Beat House.
Later, they murdered the driver and pushed the auto-rickshaw into a deep gorge.
A police complaint in this regard was lodged by the brother of the victim Ram Bahadur Sunar at Tura police station.
