ASAK warns against misuse of outfit’s name

TURA: The A’chik Songna An’pachakgipa Kotok (ASAK) has warned of strong action against those engaging in extortion activities from MLAs, MDCs and other politicians in the name of the outfit.The Finance Secretary of the outfit, Jack Marak claimed ASAK has never asked for donations from politicians of the region and warned others who were doing so in its name to desist. “Extortion by imposters in the name of our outfit is tarnishing our image. We will not tolerate such activities. If caught, they (the extortionists) will be executed without any questions asked,” he said.
