Round table India puts its mark on Shillong

Shillong: The 50-year-old movement Round Table India finally put its mark on Shillong with an inauguration ceremony at Hotel Pine Wood recently.

This one of a kind club is open for young men between the age of 18 to 40 years coming from successful profession and business class who contribute towards the key objective of the club which is development of community service through focusing on building strong infrastructure for education and sufficing the needs for the under privileged children.

National president of the club, Harish Shenoy, national personal development leader Sandeep Harbhajanka, chairman area IV Manpreet Singh Raja and other significant members from the eastern region of India were present on the occasion.

Key 19 worthy tablers (known as member of Round Table movement) from Shillong were selected and inducted for the Shillong Round table on the occasion. Among these 19 tablers, Vikram Singhania was elected as the chairman, Rohit Bajoria as the vice chairman, Amit Singhania as the secretary, Sahil Singla as the treasurer and key table executive members for projects, fellowship, publicity, extension etc.

National president Shenoy said, “We are extremely thrilled about the formation of the Shillong Round Table. We look forward for a huge contribution towards the objective of the table and implementing religiously for Shillong.”
