Sub-inspector dies under mysterious circumstances

SHILLONG: A sub-inspector of Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) died in a mysterious manner at Arunachal Old Secretariat Building, here where the ITBP men are camping.
However, a complaint in this regard said that he fell down from the building accidentally. According to reports, on July 5 at around 10:15 pm, the ITBP Sub- Inspector identified as Dinesh Kumar (46), accidentally fell from the Arunachal Old Secretariat Building.
He was moved to Civil Hospital Shillong where the Medical Officer on duty declared him brought dead.
