P Lienzapau Gangte, S/o Lt. P Katinlam, a resident of D Phailien, Churachandpur, Manipur was awarded Ph.D , on July 10, for his thesis entitled, ‘Quality of life in Churachandpur District of Manipur’, under the supervision of professor AC Mohapatra, Department of Geography, NEHU, Shillong.
