SHILLONG: Shillong College, Synod College, St Anthony’s College and Jaintia Eastern College have reached the semifinal stage of the North Eastern Hill University Inter College Football tournament.
The matches of the last-four stage will be held on Wednesday.
In the first, Shillong College will take on Synod College at 9:00am. St Anthony’s will then face Jaintia Eastern at 11:00am.
St Anthony’s won their match on Tuesday, beating Nongstoin College 2-0. Later, Jaintia Eastern defeated Sankardev College 3-2 via a tiebreaker after normal time ended 0-0.
The final of the tournament, meanwhile, will be held on Thursday.
