SHILLONG: The Co-Chairman of the Meghalaya Planning Board, Francis Pondit Sangma has issued a legal notice to Rongra Siju MLA, Rophul Marak demanding an unconditional apology for allegedly defaming him.
Sangma demanded that Marak should furnish an unconditional apology in the front page of The Shillong Times in three consecutive issues within three days failing which legal action will be initiated against him.
