AAGSU condemns ‘lawless’ firing across the border

Golaghat: The All Assam Gorkha Students Union (AAGSU), the apex influential organisation of Gorkha students and youth of Assam have strongly condemned the lawless and indiscriminate firing from across the border killing of 3 innocent villagers  by suspected miscreants.
Condemning the incident AAGSU participated in a road and economic blockade along NH37 at  Rangajan, Titabo and Bokajan  and a massive protest in Uriamghat
AAGSU has appealed MoS MHA Kiren Rijiju to visit the disturbed area and resolve all border issues with adjoining states immediately.
‘‘AAGSU vehemently condems the lawless and indiscriminate firing across the border by full armed persons ,”  said Prem Newar , President, AAGSU Golaghat district in a statement issued to the Shillong Times.
