SHILLONG: One Equallyson Kharir has lodged a complaint at Nongstoin PS that on August 26, he was summoned by the SP (City), Shillong, in connection with a criminal intimidation case under Shillong Sadar PS in which one anonymous caller had threatened Arup Chaliha of M/s Dishnet Wireless Ltd. (Aircel) in the month of July 2014.
On enquiry, he found that unknown miscreants had tampered / misused his EPIC (issued by Electoral Registration Officer, East Khasi Hills), and obtained a Vodafone SIM card from a Vodafone Retailer counter at Mairang (WKH) which had been illegally used in the above case.
