SHILLONG: The Lok Jan Shakti Party has rued that the Shillong Municipal Board has dismantled a dustbin at Last Stop, Kench’s Trace, in the city.

In a memorandum submitted to the Urban Affairs Minister, the party said that the residents of the localities were now dumping garbage on the open ground after the dustbin was dismantled.
