SHILLONG: Mahbubul Hoque, Chancellor, University of Science and Technology, Meghalaya, and Chairman of ERD Foundation, received the EDUCLUSION Award bestowed by Engineering Watch, India’s most prestigious community of engineering stakeholders on the occasion of Engineers Day on September 15.
The award was conferred during the Re-engineering India Summit 2014 held at Furama City Centre, Singapore.
The citation was handed over to Hoque by Prof. Thomas L. Magnanti, President (VC) of Singapore University of Technology & Design in the presence of Vijay Thakur Singh, High Commissioner of India to Singapore.
