NSS Foundation Day
National Service Scheme, NEHU will organize a day long programme to celebrate the 45th NSS Foundation Day on September 24 at the Multi-use Convention Centre, NEHU from 10:00 am onwards. NSS Units from various educational institutions will present varied programmes and the University Level Awards will also be presented to active NSS Programme Officers, volunteers and NSS Units.

Freshers’ meet
The Shillong Hajong Students Union and Shillong Hajong Welfare Society will organize the freshers meet-cum-social gathering of Hajong tribe, Shillong at Don Bosco Hall, Laitumkhrah on September 21. The programme will be attended by Sports and Youth Affairs minister Zenith Sangma.
