Sources also informed that the CID would soon file the chargesheet.

Earlier, the state CID had recovered Rs 11 lakh from the residence of the tainted chancellor, 50 numbers of $100 notes and four $50 notes.

The state CID had also handed over the residential building located at Crinoline in Laban to the wife of CM Jha with a rider that she cannot dispose off or sell the property but can use it for residential purpose.

Jha was arrested on April 22 last from his village in Bihar after serious allegations were levelled against the private university..

Former governor RS Mooshahary, who in his capacity as the state governor was also the visitor of the university, had filed an FIR against the CMJ University and its chancellor for issuing fake degrees certificates to hundreds of student.
