Vehicles ply on the road during a heavy downpour in the city on Sunday. Heavy rainfall for the past three
days has thrown life out of gear in the city even as the Regional Meteorological Centre, Guwahati,
has predicted more rains in the coming days, owing to the South West Monsoon which is
