(ST) The National Service Scheme, National Cadet Corps and the Red Ribbon Club units of St. Edmund’s College in collaboration with Regional Blood Bank, Pasteur Institute and Blood Bank, Nazareth Hospital organised a twin voluntary blood donation camp cum awareness programme in the College on Monday. Over100 donors, half of whom were women, reported at the camps and donated blood. The camp was inaugurated by Principal, Dr. Sylvanus Lamare. Dr. E. Lyngdoh, Deputy Director, Blood Safety, Meghalaya AIDS Control Society, attended the programme as special guest.
