TURA: The All Garo Hills SET Passed Association (AGHSETPA) has demanded speedy action against the guilty ministers and officials involved in the tampering of marks of aspiring lower primary school teachers.

Submitting a reminder of their earlier representation to Prime Minister Narendra Modi on this matter, the association blamed the ruling Congress Government for the delay in action against the guilty.

“There is sufficient evidence against the ministers and yet the Congress Government under Mukul Sangma has not taken any action against the offenders,” the association said while appealing to the Prime Minister to take appropriate action on the matter.
