Defence adalat concludes

SHILLONG: The two-day 125th Defence Pension Adalat concluded at Assam Regimental Center Shillong with a total of 109 cases getting registered.
As many as 75% cases were solved. The remaining cases will be resolved at the earliest keeping a target of maximum one month, said the Defence Pension Adalat officials.
A statement issued by PRO Defence, Amit Mahajan said that out of the 109 cases 70 were registered on the first day.
The adalat was conducted by Principal Controller Defence Accounts (Allahabad). Dr GD Pungle. Earlier, SS Sandhu, Additional Controller General of Defence Accounts inaugurated the Defence Pension Adalat on Thursday.
