SHILLONG: The KSU in collaboration with NESO will organize a seminar titled ‘North East Consultation on Human Rights: Soliciting People’s Opinion on Armed Forces (Special Powers) Act 1958’ at Shillong Club here on October 21.
The seminar will provide a platform to prominent individuals to express their views on the adverse impact of AFSPA in the Northeast region.
