Naga body calls for joint efforts to maintain peace

Kohima: The Lotha Hoho Dimapur (LHD) has stated that it is a ‘paramount need to maintain peace and ensure safety of the people at any cost.’

In a press release from the LHD on Sunday, in reference to recent spate of violence in different parts of the state, called upon all concerned to jointly work towards eradicating any such excessive and senseless, inhuman activities to safeguard the denizens and maintain a peaceful atmosphere which is the people’s desire.

The LHD extended its support to the Civil Administration and the law enforcing agency in their effort to safeguard the citizens and maintain law & order. (UNI)
