SHILLONG: The power consumers, who are annoyed over the exorbitant spot billing, has to wait for the arrival of Power Minister Clement Marak, who is currently in the USA, for a solution to the problem. “I have called up the Power Minister on Saturday to have a meeting with him to follow up the matter, and the reply was that he is in the USA”, UDP legislator Paul Lyngdoh said on Wednesday. Lyngdoh further said that the Minister informed him that he would be there for another two weeks.
