SHILLONG: Police detained 815 suspected migrant workers during a raid in Jhalupara area on Saturday. Out of the 815, 41 people could not produce any valid document to prove their identity. Police informed that 12 were kept under its custody while the remaining 29 were asked to sign a PR bond with proper verification. Police further informed that another six surrendered themselves for verifications with the papers after being instructed by the house owners.
