SHILLONG: External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj will inaugurate a passport seva kendra in city on Friday.

With infrastructural support from the Meghalaya Government coupled with the sanction of Rs 30 lakh from the Centre, the State PWD carried out civil and electrical works. “The Kendra is now ready for inauguration,” official sources said here on Thursday.
