NONGPOH: The Ri Bhoi District Congress Committee (RBDCC) observed the 125 birth anniversary of late Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, the first Prime Minister of India at a function held at RBDCC office in Nongpoh on Friday. Rich floral tributes were paid to the leader on the occasion.
