Kim Kardashian supports AIDS fight through online game

Reality TV star Kim Kardashian has collaborated with Apple and (RED) to raise money for the fight against AIDS through her online game. Users of Apple will be able to download 25 games, including the 34-year-old star’s game ‘Kim Kardashian: Hollywood’ which will be available with new content. The money raised from in-app purchases will be donated to Global Fund, reported People magazine. The step has been taken to mark the Worlds AIDS day, which falls on December 1. “Players can show their support by participating in special (RED) events and purchasing exclusive (RED) in-game items like (RED) Beats headphones,” Kardashian said. “As a ‘thank you’ for their support, players can take a (RED) branded selfie with me and share to their social networks! Players can even attend a (RED) fundraiser event in-game. I’m thrilled to be able to support (RED) through ‘Kim Kardashian: Hollywood’,” the star added. (PTI)

Miley Cyrus celebrates birthday with Patrick Schwarzenegger

Pop star Miley Cyrus celebrated her 22nd birthday with her new beau Patrick Schwarzenegger at a nightclub. The ‘Wrecking Ball’ singer had a birthday bash in West Hollywood, where she was presented with a giant pizza cake and rode a mechanical ride, reported People magazine. In a photo, Cyrus was seen outside the club with her brother Braison Cyrus and Patrick following her behind. Cyrus donned a neon pink and lime green cut-out dress paired with a pink and yellow fur jacket. The ‘See You Again’ hitmaker completed her look with light blue eye shadow, blue and yellow hearts painted on her face and colourful butterfly clips in her short hair. Patrick, meanwhile, dressed up in a green pilot jumpsuit. (PTI)

Victoria Clark to star in ‘Homeland’

Tony-winning actress Victoria Clark has joined the ongoing season four of American TV series ‘Homeland’. The 55-year-old Broadway veteran is cast in a big, surprise role as Carrie Mathison’s (Claire Danes) mother in an upcoming episode of the Showtime series, reported Aceshowbiz. Filming for the fourth season of the Emmy-winning series has just wrapped. The show previously featured James Rebhorn as Carrie’s father but the actor passed away earlier this year. (PTI)
