SHILLONG: The ANVC-B cadres are now waiting for the official communication from the State Government on the disbanding ceremony. Informing this here on Tuesday, the ANVC-B general secretary Jakrik Wareng said that in the Shillong meeting held on October 31 it was decided that the disbanding ceremony would take place in November.
